TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2. This vacation package is valid for the next 12 months and requires a 45-day written notice prior to travel. The package is 100% transferable. A one-year extension is available upon written request for a fee of $75.00.

3. I understand I must select travel dates and secure my reservation by completing the Reservation Form provided in my travel package and mail, at minimum of 45 days prior to travel in order, to request my reservations for travel. Confirmation of accomodations will be returned by the Reservations Department upon receipt and based on availability. It is recommended that customers do not book airline travel UNTIL confirmation of their accomodations has been received. I understand that I must provide and alternative travel date with at least 15 days between choices as a second choice on the Reservation Form. We will always attempt to fulfill the first choice according to availablity.

4. I understand this is not a contest, lottery, or drawing.

5. I also understand that I cannot extend one destination in place of another or split days in different destinations. I further understand that the multiple vacation packages cannot be booked with back-to-back travel dates.

6. Early travel charges apply- less than 45 datys prior to travel there is a $75 fee. Include this when submitting your request.

7. Holiday Charges Apply - Customers may choose to avoid traveling at the Holidays. Customers may request holiday travel, subject to avilability, 7 days before or after a holiday. A holiday travel surcharge applies at a rates of $75.00. A 90-day advance notice is required for holiday travel.

8. All hotel room taxes, transfers, telephone calls, alcoholic beverages, meals, and gratuities are the responsibility of the user. All room accomodations are subject to availability.

9. If you need assistance, please feel free to call out customer service department Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm EST .

10. We are not responsible for delay or cancellation due to nature, strikes, mechanical problems, or acts of God.

11. The vacation offers are valid for up to (2) adults (21 years or older) and 2 guests, sharing the same room. If married, you must travel together. A parent, relative, or guardian must accompany guests under 18.

12. Sorry, NO pets are allowed to accompany travelers and stay in any of the accomodations provided.

13. Up-grades may be purchased through our Reservations Department.

14. Upon hotel check-in, two forms of ID will be required - a valid drivers license and a major credit card.

15. Once the reservation has been submitted, cancellation and date change charges WILL apply. The amount will vary depending on when the cancellation is received. NO refunds are awarded for any reservation cancellation, however your vacation can be transferred to another party. Replacement certificates are available at a fee of $25.00 per person/per certificate.

16. This vacation offer is void where prohibited by law.

17. Upon your check-in you will be offered exciting vacation opportunities in the resort area in the hopes that you will vacation with the host resort in the future.

18. This offer is not valid for groups. A group is two (2) or more parties traveling together, or meeting at the same resort with the same arrival date, using on of these certificates.

THE RESERVATION CENTER ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY VERBAL OR WRITTEN REPRESENTATIONS MADE IN CONJUNCTION WITH THIS OFFER BY ANY AGENT OR DISTRIBUTOR OTHER THAN THOSE SPECIFICALLY CONTAINED WITHIN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS OFFER.
